Although reliable information is available on the technical configurations of records retention in Office 365, very little, if anything, is offered on the process of developing the retention tags themselves. What should the terms be based on? How do you translate a traditional retention schedule into a manageable list of tags? How general or specific should they be?
As a follow up to our April presentation on managing records in MS O365, please join our May 6 virtual meeting, where Danelle Court and Andrea Bettger will discuss the approaches used in defining retention rules and labels at the City of Bellevue and the City of Seattle. We will also be joined by Jessica Marshall with Sound Transit. Time will be set aside to answer audience questions.
John Ingram will close the meeting by describing ActiveNav’s information security, compliance, and governance solutions, and how they can segue with your O365 data.
