This session will focus on the unique needs of the Pacific Northwest and what we, as records professionals, can do to help our businesses be prepared for the unthinkable, unplannable, and unexpected.

Deborah Robbins, CRM, works for TFE,Inc, as the manager of the Information Management team. Deborah has over 20 years of experience in the Records and Information Governance field, in city, county, and federal governments, legal, finance, education, utilities, and the private sector. Deborah has served as a frequent speaker on topics such as data mapping, RIM program compliance, professional growth, change management and business continuity and disaster recovery. She leads a CRA/CRM study group and is the facilitator for the Records Management University sponsored by Feith.
